Session Closure & Debrief

Title: Session Closure & Debrief
(Optional subtitle): How we end cleanly, learn fast, and protect the nervous system

A clean ending is part of the protocol. It prevents drift, leakage, and emotional hangover.

Closure Checklist (5 minutes)

  1. Output captured: What did we actually produce? (link or paste summary)
  2. Open loops named: What remains unresolved (without forcing closure)?
  3. Sharing decision: What, if anything, leaves the Cell? (Membrane Packet if yes)
  4. Consent check: Does everyone end clean? Any lingering discomfort to name?
  5. Next step: One clear action or decision (or none).

Debrief (3 questions)

  • What worked?
  • What didn’t?
  • What will we change next time?

Optional: Micro “state check”

A simple one-liner from each participant:

  • “I’m leaving at a 7/10 stable” (or words like “settled / buzzy / tired / clear”).

No analysis required — just signal.
